Chaos 2 is powered by 2 Bosch 400W 12V motors running at 24V for extra power. The weapon is a high pressure CO2 powered forward facing flip-up. The chassis is 10mm Dural plate with polycarbonate covers on top. The flip-up will self right the robot if it gets turned over.

News:

11-06-02 - Plans for the future: - I've started building a new robot, but it
won't be on UK Robot Wars, I'll be taking it to BattleBots in the US.

It's was going to be called Quasar, but after reading the Battlebots rules which suggested using
www.nameprotect.com to check for existing trademarks, I found that 'Quasar' is trademarked
by several companies in the US for electronic/entertainment uses. To avoid conflicts, I'm going to
think up a new name for it.

Early info about it is available here.

I'll be entering Chaos 2 in Series 6 of UK Robot Wars.
